FolderShine Review
FolderShine aims to improve the way users identify folders on their Windows-powered computer. It does this by changing the default yellow icon used to identify folders and allowing users to customize it with a variety of colors.
The program comes with several colorful icons and allows users to use their own pictures fit for ICO files as well. It also has a number of features that are intended to help users find and manage their files more efficiently. For instance, it has a search function that can look for specific files and folders by their file names. It can also be used to change the original date and time of a file or folder.
This is a freeware application that offers a unique and exciting way to organize your computer. It lets you easily change the standard yellow folder color used by Windows to any other color, including red for important folders, green for regular folders, and more.
Another useful feature is the ability to display and print file tree and directory content in a format of your choice. Its printing templates include directory printing with sizes, lists of photos (date and exif info), lists of audio files (sample rate, bitrate, etc), and list of videos. You can also print file version information (Company Name, Copyright, Product Version, etc).
This freeware utility lets you quickly create multiple folders at once by using its internal file explorer. All you have to do is specify the prefix, suffix, and a number of folders and subfolders you want to create. It also allows you to set the name of the folders, their color, and other attributes.
